Shipping policy

  • We aim to ship orders within 5 business days from our UK warehouse in Kent. This may be delayed in busy periods around harvest time, or related to local COVID-19 measures
  • EU customers will need a valid VAT number, and ideally an EORI number too. Please allow 5 days for processing, and then shipping can take a further week.
  • You will receive a shipping notification when we dispatch your order
  • We use DPD and Parcelforce as our couriers
  • We have domestic (UK) and international shipping options. If you would like a tailored shipping quote, please get in touch. We regularly ship large amounts of hops to regional breweries, as well as smaller amounts to microbreweries. If something doesn't look right to you, please get in touch
  • Shipping costs may seem high, however this is owing to the weight of the products and we regularly get new quotes from couriers to be able to keep prices on the website up-to-date. It is currently £15 for domestic UK orders, £20 for Europe.
